Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive refund, less shipping, onto credit card.
Policy
All Returns and Exchanges must be returned UNOPENED and in original packaging. If package has been opened, a re-stocking fee of 15% will apply. They must be free of any odors or stains.
Items must be accompanied by the Return/Exchange form which was included in your package at the time of shipment.

Lost shipment:
Lost items are subject to verification.
In the event that you believe that your items have been lost or stolen please Contact Us as soon as possible to expedite process and claims.
Damaged shipment:
In the event that your package seems to have sustained damage or appears to possibly contain damaged products, please be sure to sign as "Possible Damage" since this will help us expedite a claim.
In the event that your items ARE damaged please call 1-403-285-4853 immediately and make sure to keep all packaging items such as the box, bubble wrap, tape, etc.
