Returns & Exchanges
Time Availability:
All returns and exchanges must be done within 60 days from purchase in order to receive credit back to your credit card or a check payment.
All Returns over 60 days will ONLY be assigned a Credit. (Please note credits make take up to 30 days to process.)
Policy:
ALL Returns and Exchanges must be UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND UNDAMAGED (no fragrance, cigarette smoke, dirt, rips or tears, etc) with original packaging.
Items must be accompanied by the Return/Exchange form which was included in your package at the time of shipment.

Lost Or Damaged Shipment
Lost shipment:
Lost items are subject to verification.
In the event that you believe that your items have been lost or stolen please Contact Us as soon as possible to expedite process and claims.
Damaged shipment:
In the event that your package seems to have sustained damage or appears to possibly contain damaged products, please be sure to sign as "Possible Damage" since this will help us expedite a claim.
In the event that your items ARE damaged please call 1-403-285-4853 immediately and make sure to keep all packaging items such as the box, bubble wrap, tape, etc.
